Revised CCDF Financial Reporting (ACF-696) With CARES Act for States and Territories

The Office of Child Care (OCC) is pleased to announce updates to the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) quarterly financial report for states and territories (ACF-696). Program Instruction CCDF-ACF-PI-2020-05 transmits recent revisions made to the ACF-696 financial report (PDF) and instructions (PDF). These revisions institute the following changes:

Include reporting on child care funds made available by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding.
Insert nonsubstantive edits to improve readability.

Note: These revisions have already been incorporated in the online data collection (OLDC) system that states and territories use to transmit the ACF-696 form.
