The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plan (Plan) is the application Tribes use to apply for their block grant funding by providing a description of, and assurances about, the Lead Agency's CCDF program and services. The Plan is submitted through a blank template, also called a Preprint. On July 5, 2019, the Office of Child Care (OCC) held a webinar on how to use the fillable PDF of the Preprint for submission of the FY 2020-2022 Plan. A recording of the training and related resources is now available. The deadline for submitting Tribal Plans is September 6, 2019.
