Purpose

This Information Memorandum (IM) provides an overview of and guidance to lead agencies regarding how CCDF funds and the ARP Act CCDF Discretionary Supplemental Funds can be used to raise child care staff compensation.  This IM does not change OCC’s interpretation of how CCDF or ARP Act funds can be used but clarifies allowable uses for supporting child care staff compensation.
