ACF-800 and ACF-801 data forms from state and territory reports for FY 2012 are compiled into Final Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Data Tables.
This Technical Bulletin lists the data standards for the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Annual ACF-800 Report, including new requirements associated with the reauthorization of the Child Care and Development Act of 2014 (Public Law113-186). The changes required by reauthorization include: 1) addition of element #2a — number of child fatalities (total and by care type, 2) discontinuation of element #10 — consumer education content topics, 3) change in #11 — methods of consumer education used, and 4) change in the list of non-CCDF funds in the Child Care budget pool. All of these changes are required with the FFY 2016 report.
