This Information Memorandum (IM) provides guidance to Federally Recognized Tribes, Tribal Organizations, and CCDF Tribal Lead Agencies on the CCDF requirements and best practices for the implementation of CCDF programs through a Tribal Consortium.

FFY 2025-2027 CCDF Monitoring

This Information Memorandum (IM) provides guidance to Federally Recognized Tribes, Tribal Organizations, and CCDF Tribal lead agencies on the CCDF requirements and flexibilities for the implementation of CCDF eligibility policies regarding parental activity requirements.

This Program Instruction (PI) transmits guidance to Tribal Lead Agencies with medium and large allocations related to the CCDF Tribal Eligibility Final Rule, which provides all Tribal Lead Agencies the flexibility to determine family eligibility for CCDF without regard to family income and assets.

This Program Instruction (PI) reminds Tribal Lead Agencies of the annual reporting requirements (i.e., ACF-700 Report), consistent with the terms and conditions of the CCDF program.  The ACF-700 form is attached. 

This PI does not apply to Tribes that have consolidated their CCDF program into an approved Public Law 102-477 Plan under the Indian Employment, Training, and Related Services Demonstration Act.

This Information Memorandum (IM) provides an overview and guidance to Tribal CCDF lead agencies, American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) Head Start award recipients, and Tribal MIECHV recipients regarding how CCDF, Head Start, and Tribal MIECHV funds can be used to address challenges recruiting and retaining an effective Tribal early childhood workforce serving Tribal communities where access to affordable housing is limited.
