This Technical Bulletin lists the data standards for the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Annual ACF-800 Report, including new requirements associated with the reauthorization of the Child Care and Development Act of 2014 (Public Law113-186). The changes required by reauthorization include: 1) addition of element #2a — number of child fatalities (total and by care type, 2) discontinuation of element #10 — consumer education content topics, 3) change in #11 — methods of consumer education used, and 4) change in the list of non-CCDF funds in the Child Care budget pool. All of these changes are required with the FFY 2016 report.
