The purpose of this Bulletin is to clarify questions and issues related to the Tribal Grantee reporting requirements, and to address recent changes to the Tribal Annual Child Care Report (ACF-700).
ACF-800 and ACF-801 data forms from state and territory reports for FY 2012 are compiled into Preliminary Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Data Tables.

The CCDBG Act of 2014 requires states to improve provider payment practices and funding stability by delinking provider payments from children’s occasional absences to the extent practicable.
