The Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot (Diaper Distribution Pilot) is now seeking qualified practitioners and experts to serve as Peer Review Panelists for the 2023 Diaper Distribution Pilot Review.

The Diaper Distribution Pilot provides funding to expand existing diaper distribution services through a robust network of community partners that provide anti-poverty services. In addition to providing diapers, grant award winners and their partners will connect families to economic mobility and family support services such as job training, educational support, Early Head Start, housing services, and more.

Qualifications

  • Local, state, and/or national expertise working in or managing diaper distribution services or similar operations.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Able to read, synthesize, and analyze complete materials.

  • Strong reading and writing skills.

  • Able to effectively utilize web-based technology.

  • Highly comfortable actively participating on a virtual team which includes participating on 1-2 hour conference calls per day.

  • Committed to the full review process without significant interruption.

Level of Commitment

  • Complete recorded training videos prior to the start of the review.

  • Attended a two-hour live training session during business hours at the start of the review.

  • Devote a minimum of 6-8 hours daily over the approximately three-week review period to read, evaluate, and score applications. This may include time during nights and weekends.

  • Participate in a daily panel and video calls as needed.

  • Respond to email and complete tasks during the review within 24 business hours.

Tools Required

  • Email and telephone

  • Access to a computer for at least 6 hours per day. Computer must have:

    • High Speed Internet

    • Windows or Mac-based interface

    • Adobe Acrobat or other PDF reader
