CSBG Announcement Drawdown Activity Disclosure COSR20 and CARES

These tables include all Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) funds awarded to all states and territories for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020. Please note that the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are considered states for the purposes of the CSBG Act and are reported herein accordingly. These tables are for regular CSBG issued throughout the 2020 FFY and the CARES Act CSBG issued in May 2020. Some states were not issued their full allotment of CSBG CARES Act funds in 2020 due to exceeding a maximum allotment threshold. The amount drawn reported as of December 8, 2020 is the amount that each grantee has drawn from the Payment Management System (PMS) and may not fully represent CSBG expenditures to date. As 90% of funds awarded to states are provided to a network of eligible entities, there is typically a lag time between the actual expenditure of CSBG funds and the draw from PMS which typically is between 30 and 60 days depending on the state processes.
