Dear Colleague,

The Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Community Assistance (DCA) is pleased to announce that the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report is now available for submission within the On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC) via GrantSolutions.gov .

Submission of the CSBG Annual Report

As a reminder, CSBG state and territory lead agencies (CSBG grant recipients) are required to submit the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 CSBG Annual Report no later than March 31, 2024. DCA encourages early submission of the CSBG Annual Report.

Training and Technical Assistance

To assist CSBG grant recipients with preparing the State Administration Module (Module 1), OCS created the Module 1 fillable tool (DOCX). There is no requirement to use this tool. If a CSBG grant recipient chooses to use this tool, responses must be copied and pasted into OLDC. The tool cannot be attached in lieu of direct data entry.

OLDC Support

Please note, there is a new process for requesting new accounts. For new accounts, please complete the Recipient User Account Request Form  (PDF) and the OLDC Access Form (DOCX), and submit both to the GrantSolutions Helpdesk. For updated access, please contact the GrantSolutions Helpdesk with the specific updates needed.
