Dear Colleagues,

The Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Community Assistance (DCA) is pleased to host the 2024 CSBG Tribal Grant Administrators Meeting on Monday, August 19 and Tuesday, August 20, 2024, 1:00—4:00 p.m. ET. The event is open to CSBG tribal administrators, tribal leaders, and CSBG partners.

This year we are highlighting our Performance, Evaluation, Accountability, Accessibility, and Knowledge (PEAAK) framework. The theme, “Preparing to Reach Our PEAAK,” serves as a catalyst for important conversations, quality improvement, and identifying needs and solutions to support tribal families and communities. The CSBG Tribal Annual Meeting provides a forum for training and technical assistance and exploring current issues through a tribal lens impacting tribal communities. CSBG tribal administrators will discuss CSBG policies and procedures that guide their work, respond to questions, share best practices, connect, and hear from other tribal leaders, technology supports, and share resources and tools. 

Reasons to Attend

  • Build Knowledge: Take advantage of opportunities to enhance knowledge regarding administration, data collection, and compliance reporting, and strategies to maximize CSBG funding.
  • Advance Networking: Strengthen networking and relationship building among tribal grant administrators, tribal leaders, state administrators, representatives, and professionals supporting anti-poverty strategies for families and communities.
  • Explore Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration: Participate in collaboration and partnership building to enhance the effectiveness of grant-funded projects within tribal communities.
