Dear Colleague,
The Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Community Assistance (DCA) is informing Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state, tribal, and territory administrators of the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Regional Quarterly Call Schedule. Quarterly calls are one tool OCS uses as part of our commitment to address the needs of the CSBG network and provide opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and sharing, regional collaboration and relationship building, and information exchange between the federal office and CSBG grant recipients. In addition to states, tribes, and territories in the regions, DCA strongly encourages Regional Performance Innovation Consortia (RPIC) grant recipients to attend the applicable quarterly calls.
Quarterly calls for Quarter 1 will be held October 29, 2024 through November 12, 2024. DCA will send meeting invitations for all quarterly calls one week prior to the Quarter 1 call. DCA program specialists will distribute agendas to CSBG state, territory, and tribal administrators, and RPIC leads at least three days prior to each call.

Outside of the quarterly calls, DCA staff (including the Program Operations, Financial Operations and Accountability, and Policy, Data, and Evaluation branches) remains available for one-on-one training and technical assistance (TTA) with CSBG grant recipients to support CSBG administrators. Please contact your assigned DCA staff person to schedule a meeting to address additional TTA needs.
