The Office of Community Services (OCS) is requesting feedback from Community Economic Development (CED) grantees that will help improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of performance, services, processes, capacities, and outcomes of the CED program. How well we work with you, the grantees in the field, is an important measure of success for us, so OCS is seeking feedback through the American Customer Survey Index (ACSI).
Please assist us by completing this survey. It will take about 10 minutes of your time.
The survey will be available online, and grantee contacts will receive official notification and a link to the survey via email from CFI Group—the independent third-party research group administering the survey on behalf of OCS—from the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to check your spam/quarantined folders if you do not receive this email.
Your participation, while voluntary, is critical for OCS to assess satisfaction with the services we provide to grantee organizations. Your answers will remain anonymous; OCS will receive information in aggregate only and will not see individual responses. Please contact your CED Program Specialist if you have any questions.
