Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this message is to announce that the Office of Community Services (OCS) has delayed the opening of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report, Modules 2 — 4 within the On-Line Data Collection System (OLDC). OCS is taking additional time to test Modules 2 — 4 within OLDC system to ensure a high-quality submission experience.

Please note that Modules 2 — 4 will be available February 19, 2019. We apologize for the delay.

The CSBG Annual Report, Module 1 opened December 1, 2018 and remains available for submission. The full Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 CSBG Annual Report is due April 30, 2019.

Training and Technical Assistance:

On February 21, 2019, OCS, in coordination with the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP), will conduct a live demo via webinar. The demo will focus on how to submit Modules 1 — 4 within OLDC. More information will be forthcoming.
