Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this message is to provide you with an update on apportionment of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019. These awards represent the final release of funding to date for FY 2019.

As noted in prior correspondence, on September 28, 2018, the President signed the Department of Defense and Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Act, 2019 and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019 (Public Law 115-245). The attached chart outlines the amounts allocated to all states, territories, and tribes for the remainder of FY 2019.

Please note that final CSBG allocation amounts reflect a small reduction due to the exercise of the Secretary’s authority to transfer up to 1% of funding within HHS’s discretionary accounts.
