CSBG-DCL-2020-05 Release of Quarter 1 FY 2020 Funds

The purpose of this message is to provide you with an update on allocations of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding during the first quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2020.

On September 27, 2019, the President signed the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020, and Health Extenders Act of 2019, P.L. 116-59, allocating CSBG funds through November 21, 2019. Funding amounts are based on FY 2019 CSBG allocation. Final FY 2020 allocation amounts will be determined after passage of a full year appropriation.

A chart outlining the amounts allocated to all states, territories, and tribes through November 21, 2019 is attached.
