SUBJECT: FY 2020 CSBG Annual Reports Submission Update

Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this message is to provide the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Network an update on the status of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 CSBG Annual Reports. As of August 25, 2021, 34 percent of states have submitted all three CSBG Annual Reports. We thank you for your efforts to submit the reports by the due date.

The next step is to review the submissions and provide feedback. While OCS has begun reviewing Module 1, OCS is unable to begin the reviews for Modules 2 — 4 until we receive all submissions. Therefore, we request that all remaining states submit their pending modules no later than September 3, 2021 (this is not an extension). All reports that have not yet been submitted are considered past due. [] It is important to note that delays in submissions impact the FY 2020 CSBG Annual Report federal review, the release of FY 2021 SmartForms, and the opening up of the On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC) for FY 2021 submissions.
