Dear Colleague,

The Office of Community Services (OCS), Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is informingCSBG State Administrators of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Regional Quarterly Call schedule. In response to the FY 2022 Community Services Block Grant Training and Technical Assistance Needs Assessment Survey, the Quarterly Calls will serve as one touch point for informational exchanges relative to the needs identified by the CSBG Network. Further, the calls will be designed to strengthen regional connections to enhance service delivery. As such, in addition to states, we strongly encourage territories, Tribes and Tribal Organizations, and Regional Performance and Innovation Consortiums (RPIC) to attend the Regional Quarterly Calls. 

The table below details times and dates of the FY 2023 Quarterly Calls. Quarterly Calls for Quarter One (1) will be held regionally November 1 — November 7, 2022. Invitations and the first Regional Quarterly Calls agenda will be sent to CSBG State Offices, territories, Tribes and Tribal Organizations, and Regional Performance and Innovation Consortiums (RPIC) no later than October 25, 2022.

Program Specialists will schedule office hours to address the individual needs of the CSBG State Administrators. Please contact your assigned Program Specialist to schedule a mutually agreed upon time to accommodate this commitment to individualized technical assistance.
