Dear Colleague,

Your participation in the 2023 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Grant Recipients is critically important to our ongoing efforts for continuous improvement. That is why the Office of Community Services (OCS) has extended the response deadline to Tuesday, May 09, 2023. To date, Claes Fornell International (CFI) Group, reports receipt of 49 responses to the ACSI Survey. While we appreciate that the nationwide participation rate has reached 45.3%, more grant recipient participation would better quantify the data.

Status of ACSI Survey submissions as of 4/28/2023.

On behalf of OCS, CFI Group, will send another reminder message with a personalized link on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 to all states, territories, and tribal administrators, who have not yet responded to the survey. As in the past, this message will come from the email address: cfigroup@qualtrics-survey.com. In some instances, this email may go to spam or quarantined files; therefore, we ask that you look in spam, junk files or use the search tool in inbox and type in “CFI”.

As a reminder, the survey results are anonymous and all responses will remain confidential.
