Re: Extension Announcement of the ACSI Survey for CSBG Eligible Entities

Date: October 30, 2015

Dear Colleagues,

This is to update you on the ACSI Survey of Eligible Entities.  To date, the CFI Group (the organization administering the survey for OCS), has received several hundred responses to the ACSI Survey for CSBG eligible entities.  We are very excited about that.  However, to provide as much meaningful data as possible to each of the states, we need more local agencies to complete the survey.  We have, therefore, extended the time to respond to the survey to Friday, November 6, 2015.

The CFI Group on behalf of OCS/CSBG will send out another reminder message and link on Tuesday, November 3 to all agency Executive Directors who have not yet responded to the survey.  As in the past, this message will come from the email address: noreply-cfigroup@qualtrics-survey.com.

We request that you communicate with all eligible entities (Community Action Agencies) in your state to urge them to participate in this important effort.  We suggest that you alert the agencies to look in their spam files as we have learned that the email has, in some instances, gone to spam or quarantined files.  It may also be important to remind the local agencies that all survey responses will remain confidential.  OCS and the states will receive only consolidated data.

Please contact your assigned OCS Program Specialist if you have any questions relating to the survey or if you hear from any agencies that they have not received the survey by November 3, 2015.

We appreciate your efforts to make this survey a successful one and look forward to the participation from the remaining eligible entities.

Thank you,

Jeannie L. Chaffin                                                                             Seth Hassett
