Dear Colleagues:

The Office of Community Services (OCS) has prepared Information Memorandum (IM) 134 dated May 5, 2014 as guidance to States and Territories regarding the release of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) State Assessment schedule.

In prior years, the State Assessment schedule has been released based on a triennial plan.  For this year, OCS will provide the schedule on a single-year basis.  The current risk assessment and monitoring protocol are undergoing a comprehensive review.
