Re: OCS CSBG State Plan Clearance and Webinars Updates

Dear Colleagues:
The purpose of this message is to provide an update on the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) State Plan clearance process and associated webinars for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2019 submissions.
CSBG State Plan Cleared
On July 2, 2018, we, at the Office of Community Services (OCS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) received clearance from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which allows us to modify information collection to improve the CSBG State Plan.
Web Meetings
Leading to the submissions for FFY 2019, OCS, in coordination with the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP), will host a series of webinars. The webinars will provide CSBG grantees with important information in regards to revisions to the CSBG State Plan, and other important updates, as well as training during this timeframe.
During the clearance process, OCS conducted three additional webinars that provided updates on the federal register notices and CSBG State Plan revisions. The webinar recordings for Changes to CSP; State Plan Prep!; and Button Down: Designation Letter(s), Authorizing Officials, Certifications are available on the NASCSP website .
