Dear Colleagues:
In follow-up to the preview we conducted last month at the national Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grantee training meeting, our office will conduct a webinar to provide training on how to electronically submit the required LIHEAP Carryover and Reallotment Report. Grantees will submit this report using the Online Data Collection system (OLDC). The report is due at the end of the month.
The webinar will be held Tuesday, July 9 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). To participate in the webinar, please use the following:

Please test the link in advance of the webinar to ensure you can log into the system.
The webinar will demonstrate how to access OLDC and submit the Carryover and Reallotment Report. You may invite as many people from your staff as you need, based on who you anticipate will be preparing and submitting required LIHEAP reports this year. The webinar will last approximately one hour, including time for questions from grantees. This webinar is available to all LIHEAP grantees.
