Semi-Annual Grant Reporting

RCD Performance Progress Report Guidance and Instructions (PDF)

The Performance Progress Report (PPR) is required to be submitted on a semi-annual basis to document their project progress.

The PPR is accessed and submitted through GrantSolutions. View the RCD Recipient Quick Guide (PDF) and instructions for submitting the PPR  (PDF).

SF-425 Federal Financial Report Submission Guidance
The process for submitting the SF-425 Federal Financial Report (FFR) must be submitted within the Payment Management System (PMS) .

For more information, see guidance  and the FFR section of the PMS User’s Guide . Note: the SF-425 is called the FFR Financial Status Report in PMS. 

Annual Requirements

Non-Competing Continuation

Annually, at the start of the calendar year, the Office of Community Services will send the recipient a letter to submit a non-competing continuation application for Federal Fiscal Year appropriations. Complete the request using the guidance in the letter.

Post-Award Activities

Throughout your project, you may need to make updates to information on your grant. If the question apply to you, use the resource to complete the necessary update.

How Do I Update Key Staff Contacts?

If your project’s Authorized Official (AO) or Project Contact (PC) changes, use the Change of Key Personnel Resource to submit an amendment in GrantSolutions.

How Do I Carryover Uncommited Funds Annually?

The RCD Carryover Request Process provides instructions for submitting a carryover request for recipients whose grants require additional time to commit project funds or complete project activities for the budget year.

How Do I Extend the Project Period in the Final Year of the Project?

In the final year of award, apply for a No-Cost Extension (NCE) to extend the project period by 1 year without adding funding. Use the No-Cost Extension Request Instructions to submit an amendment in GrantSolutions.
