CSBG Staff Assignments by Region

The Office of Community Services is requesting feedback from the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Network on the proposed revisions to the CSBG State Plan Application (State Plan), CSBG Eligible Entity List (formerly the CSBG Eligible Entity Master List), and the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey for CSBG Eligible Entities.

The Office of Community Services (OCS), Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is informing CSBG State Administrators regarding a temporary adjustment of CSBG Program Specialist regional assignments. The temporary assignments will be through the end of Fiscal Year (FY) September 30, 2021. In addition, OCS wants to remind State Administrators of the CSBG Quarterly Calls schedule during July 2021.

The purpose of this letter is to provide an update for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Reports, including the CSBG Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Supplemental Annual Report and the CSBG Disaster Supplemental Annual Report.

The Office of Community Services (OCS) is committed to ensuring the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Network can address the critical needs of people and communities with low incomes, as consistent with the purpose and allowable uses of CSBG. The purpose of this DCL is to remind CSBG state, territory and tribal lead agencies and eligible entities of flexibilities and resources available to support hurricane preparedness and response.
