The Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) program provides flexible funding to assist States in providing a wide range of services to children and families, vulnerable older adults, persons with disabilities, and at-risk adolescents and young adults.

The SSBG Annual Reports and Focus Reports was prepared for the Office of Community Services, Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services by Walter R. McDonald & Associates, Inc. The material contained in the report can be viewed by the general public and may be reproduced, fully, partially, without permission from the Federal Government.
