To inform states and U.S. territories of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2022. To qualify for FFY 2022 CSBG funding, states and territories must submit their state plan applications to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by September 1, 2021 using the approved online CSBG State Plan format. To notify Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state grantees, eligible entities, and federal training and technical assistance grantees that the 2021 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey for CSBG Eligible Entities will be made available online on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 and will remain open through Tuesday, March 23, 2021. To provide information on key actions for CSBG state grantees, eligible entities, and federal training and technical assistance grantees.

To inform tribes and tribal organizations of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) funds. Tribes and tribal organizations must submit their CARES Act tribal plan to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by September 30, 2020 using the approved CSBG CARES Act Tribal Plan format.

To notify CSBG State Grantees, eligible entities and training and technical assistance grantees that the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey for CSBG Eligible Entities will be made available online on Monday, June 12, 2017 and will remain open through July 14, 2017.

As part of our continuing effort to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of performance, services, processes, capacities, and outcomes across the CSBG Network, OCS is seeking feedback through the ACSI survey from State CSBG Lead Agencies, and the territories. The upcoming survey is intended to build on the 2015 survey.

To notify state CSBG Grantees that the online submission through the Online Data Collection (OLDC) system for Module 1 of the CSBG Annual Report for FY 2016 is expected to begin on February 28, 2017, and the deadline for submission (March 31) is being extended to April 7, 2017. And to provide information on related training and technical assistance.

Submission of FY 2020 Tribal CSBG and CARES Act Annual Report

PURPOSE: To provide tribes and tribal organizations instructions on how to complete and submit the FY 2020 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) Annual Report.

To provide instructions and the application requirements for the CSBG Disaster Supplement Funds, Stage 3, Longer Term Recovery Efforts grants. Applications are due Thursday, May 13, 2021.

In 2018, the Office of Community Services (OCS) introduced the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Eligible Entity Master List (CSBG Master List). The CSBG Master List is the official list of eligible entities within the CSBG Network as submitted by each state. Ultimately, the CSBG Master List is a more succinct method for collecting and storing eligible entity information for your state.
