To encourage Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state, territory, and tribal grant recipients to participate in the 2023 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey of CSBG Grant Recipients that will be made available online on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, through Tuesday, April 25, 2023. To provide information on key actions for CSBG state, territory and tribal grant recipients and technical assistance providers.

To notify states and territories of the requirements for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Annual Report submissions for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), CSBG Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES), and CSBG Disaster Supplemental — referred to collectively as the CSBG Annual Reports. States and territories must submit the FY 2022 CSBG Annual Reports by March 31, 2023 using the approved online CSBG format through the ACF GrantSolutions Center of Excellence On-Line Data Collection (OLDC) system.

To notify states of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report submission for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 including the extended deadline. States must submit the CSBG Annual Report by July 17, 2020 using the approved online CSBG format through the Administration for Children and Families’ (ACF) On-Line Data Collection (OLDC) system.

To inform states and U.S. territories of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2021. To qualify for FFY2021 CSBG funding, states and territories must submit their state plan applications to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by December 1, 2020 using the approved online CSBG State Plan format. States and territories shall submit their information electronically through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC).

To inform tribes and tribal organizations of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) funds. Tribes and tribal organizations must submit their CARES Act tribal plan to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by September 30, 2020 using the approved CSBG CARES Act Tribal Plan format.

PURPOSE: To provide tribes and tribal organizations instructions on how to complete and submit the FY 2020 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) Annual Report.

Application for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 CSBG Funds Based on the Availability of CSBG Funds
