As part of our preparing the LIHEAP Report to Congress for FFY 2011, we are requiring State LIHEAP grantees to complete the LIHEAP Grantee Survey for FFY 2011.
 

To inform states and U.S. territories of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) funds. States and territories must submit their CARES Act state plan applications to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by September 1, 2020 using the approved CSBG CARES Act Supplemental State Plan format.

To notify CSBG state grantees, eligible entities, and training and technical assistance grantees that the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey for CSBG Eligible Entities will be made available online on Thursday, May 9, 2019 and will remain open through June 4, 2019. To provide information on key actions for CSBG state grantees, eligible entities, and training and technical assistance grantees.

In 2018, the Office of Community Services (OCS) introduced the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Eligible Entity Master List (CSBG Master List). The CSBG Master List is the official list of eligible entities with the CSBG Network as submitted by the state. Ultimately, the CSBG Master List is a more succinct method for collecting and storing eligible entity information for your state.

To encourage Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state, territory and tribal grantees to participate in the 2020 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey of CSBG Grantees that will be made available online on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 through Friday, January 24, 2020. To provide information on key actions for CSBG state, territory and tribal grantees and technical assistance providers.
