LIHWAP AT-2023-06 LIHWAP Quarter 3 Report Submission FY2023

To provide instructions and the application requirements for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Disaster Supplemental for Hurricanes Fiona and Ian, for Initial Planning, Needs Assessment, and Cost Documentation grants. Applications are due on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

To inform states and U.S. territories (hereinafter referred to as CSBG grant recipients) of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application and plan requirements for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024. To qualify for FFY 2024 CSBG funding, states and territories must submit their application and plan to the Office of Community Services (OCS) by September 1, 2023, using the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved online CSBG State Plan format. CSBG grant recipients should submit their information electronically through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC) available through GrantSolutions.gov.

To inform states and U.S. territories (hereinafter referred to as Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) grant recipients) of the requirement to revise and resubmit their CSBG Eligible Entity List.
