To qualify for FFY 2024 CSBG funding, states and territories must submit their application and plan to the Office of Community Services (OCS) by September 1, 2023, using the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved online CSBG State Plan format. CSBG grant recipients should submit their information electronically through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC) available through GrantSolutions.gov.
