This CED Dear Colleague Letter is for the Vacancy Announcement for Division of Community Assistance Director, Office of Community Services --- Applicant Limit of 100.

The Office of Community Services is requesting feedback from Community Economic Development grantees that will help improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of performance, services, processes, capacities, and outcomes of the CED program

To ensure efficient and effective management of OCS programs, the Office of the Director (OD) requested and received approval from the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to restructure OCS Divisions.

The purpose of this notice is to provide information about financial capability resources to Community Economic Development (CED) and Community Economic Development — Healthy Food Financing Initiative (CED-HFFI) program grantees and to encourage them to consider the potential role of financial capability services in the work that they do.
