The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Community Assistance (DCA) announces the release of more than $257 million of fiscal year 2024 (FY24) regular block grant funding to Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) grant recipients. This Dear Colleague Letter serves to notify grant recipients that these funds are available for drawdown in the Payment Management System. This funding is provided under the Public Law 118-35, the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act and Other Extensions Act, 2024 (Continuing Resolution [CR]), which the President signed into law on January 19, 2024.

CSBG grant recipients must submit the FY2023 CSBG Annual Reports by March 31, 2024 using the approved online CSBG format through the ACF GrantSolutions Center of Excellence On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC).
