our participation in the 2023 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Grant Recipients is critically important to our ongoing efforts for continuous improvement. That is why the Office of Community Services (OCS) has extended the response deadline to Tuesday, May 09, 2023. To date, Claes Fornell International (CFI) Group, reports receipt of 49 responses to the ACSI Survey. While we appreciate that the nationwide participation rate has reached 45.3%, more grant recipient participation would better quantify the data.
