This Informational Memorandum contains the Community Services Block Grant Program Carryover Provisions Pursuant to H.R. 3061, Department of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002.
This Information Memorandum SUPERCEDES IM # 56 dated January 17, 2002 AND IM #59 dated January 30, 2002. The percentage increase calculation was in error. The purpose of this IM is to transmit corrected calculations and to clarify the FY 2002 funding requirements outlined in the FY 2002 Appropriations Act, H.R. 3061,with respect to the distribution of the FY 2002 increase.
To inform States and U.S. Territories of the CSBG application requirements for FY 2005. CSBG applications shall be submitted to the Office of Community Services by September 1, 2004. (If you did not submit an application which covered two fiscal years in the prior year.)
