CED-DCL-2023-01 Hurricane Season Begins June 1

We want to share the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) updated COVID-19 Guidance for Operating Early Care and Education/Childcare Programs . The updated guidance focuses on helping administrators of Early Care and Education (ECE) programs, including Head Start and childcare programs, along with state and local health officials, safely support in-person learning and care.

To provide instructions and the application requirements for the CSBG Disaster Supplement Funds, Stage 3, Longer Term Recovery Efforts grants. Applications are due Thursday, May 13, 2021.

The purpose of this letter is to remind Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state, territory and tribal lead agencies and eligible entities of flexibilities and resources available to support response efforts related to Hurricane Ida.
