The Office of Community Services (OCS) is writing to notify the public of the opportunity to provide final comments on the proposed revisions to the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report 2.1, CSBG Tribal Annual Report (TAR), and Tribal Short Form (TSF) and to share updates on the CSBG Annual Report information collection request (OMB No. #0970-0492).
Annually, the Division of Community Assistance (DCA), within the Office of Community Services (OCS) conducts standard monitoring as required under Section 678B(c) of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Act. Below is the fiscal year 2024 (FY24) CSBG Monitoring Schedule and the FY25 CSBG Monitoring Schedule for the first and second quarters, which are published for federal and state planning purposes.
To notify CSBG direct-funded tribes and tribal organizations (grant recipient) of reporting requirements for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24). CSBG grant recipients must submit the FY24 CSBG Annual Report by March 31, 2025 using the ACF GrantSolutions On-Line Data Collection (OLDC). CSBG grant recipients will submit an Annual Report using the Tribal Annual Report or the Tribal Annual Report (Short Form) based on funding levels.
