The Office of Community Services (OCS) is pleased to announce that the Master List is now open within the On-Line Data Collection (OLDC) and accessible through GrantSolutions .

The Master List first became available through OLDC on August 2, 2018. Since its release, there have been a few technical glitches, which were brought to our attention through the CSBG Network.

This resource includes instructions and forms for accessing a GrantSolutions account.

This resource contains an overview for grantees about the forms required for their grants.

The purpose of this message is to provide an update on timelines for submission of State Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) annual reports for Fiscal Year 2018, including an extension in the deadline for submission of the FY 2018 annual report.

To notify states of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report submission for FY 2018 including the extended deadline. States must submit the CSBG Annual Report by April 30, 2019 using the approved online CSBG format through the Administration for Children and Families’ (ACF) On-Line Data Collection (OLDC) system.
