The Council on Economic Mobility published a request for information to gather feedback from all of its stakeholders to create an accountable and effective structure for interagency collaboration and to use federal authorities to promote family-sustaining careers and economic mobility for low-income Americans.

To inform states and U.S. territories of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2021. To qualify for FFY2021 CSBG funding, states and territories must submit their state plan applications to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by December 1, 2020 using the approved online CSBG State Plan format. States and territories shall submit their information electronically through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) On-Line Data Collection system (OLDC).

To inform tribes and tribal organizations of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application requirements for Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) funds. Tribes and tribal organizations must submit their CARES Act tribal plan to the Office of Community Service (OCS) by September 30, 2020 using the approved CSBG CARES Act Tribal Plan format.
