RE: Update on the Proposed New AFI Program Performance Progress Report

Dear Colleagues,

The Office of Community Services (OCS) is requesting feedback from Assets for Independence (AFI) grantees and stakeholders on proposed AFI program specific Performance Progress Report (PPR) data collection instruments.  On April 8, 2016, a Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) notice for public comment was published in the Federal Register: https://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2016/04/08/2016-08090/submis... .

In May, June, and July of 2015, OCS solicited comments from AFI grantees and stakeholders on an initial draft of the AFI PPR.  OCS thanks all the individuals and organizations who took the time to comment on that version.  OCS reviewed these comments and has incorporated them into a revised version of the AFI PPR, available for review online at /ocs/resource/afi-performance-progress-report-....  This webpage also includes instructions for submitting any additional comments to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and preliminary information on OCS’s plans for implementing the AFI PPR following OMB approval.

Please review the proposed AFI PPR and submit your comments as soon as possible in order to expedite the approval process.  Thank you.
