Re: FY 2018 Model State Plan Goes Live

Dear Colleagues:

The purpose of this message is to provide you with an update on the allocations of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017.

The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Public Law 115-31) was passed by Congress and signed by the President on May 5, 2017, which provided the final budget for FY 2017.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) has released an additional 30-days funding to support CSBG programs pending completion of the budget allotment process. The remaining third quarter and fourth quarter allocations will be released after completion of the apportionment process. A chart outlining the amounts allocated to all States, Territories, and Tribes through May 28, 2017 is attached.
