This page serves as a primary resource for current CED grantees.  It contains information about guidance and policies grantees must comply with in order to receive CED funding; information about reporting; resources specifically for new grantees to help them get started on the right foot with their grants; and key contact information for staff at the Office of Community Services (OCS), Office of Grants Management (OGM), and Payment Management Services (PMS), whom grantees will work with throughout the life of their grants.

CED Grantee Orientation Toolkit

The CED Grantee Orientation Toolkit is a one-stop shop for you to find all the information you will need to get your new CED grant off to a strong start. It includes informational and demonstration videos, instructions, and resources on a variety of key topics. The toolkit provides you with the flexibility to work at your own pace by navigating directly to specific resources as needed. Review each section of the toolkit thoroughly, and refer to the resources as you need to throughout the life of your CED grant.
