RCD Funding Eligibility FY 2015

Eligible Applicants

1. Multi-state, regional, private, private non-profit organizations that can provide training and technical assistance to small, rural communities concerning their community facility needs, and
2. Faith-based organizations that meet the above program requirements. 

Non-profit organizations applying for funding are required to submit proof of their non-profit status.  Proof of non-profit status is any one of the following:

A reference to the applicant organization's listing in the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) most recent list of tax-exempt organizations described in the IRS Code. A copy of a currently valid IRS tax exemption certificate.
