OCS Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot
Did you know that one in three U.S. families don’t have enough diapers to keep their children clean and dry? The Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot, also known as the Diaper Distribution Pilot, is the first federally funded diaper assistance program. Through this pilot program, families with low incomes will not only receive diapers and diapering supplies for their children, but also get connected to community-based support services to move them out of poverty toward self-sufficiency. The pilot will evaluate funding support for diapers as an anti-poverty strategy in underserved communities.
