INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORM ACF‑4125

PROGRAM INSTRUCTION - TANF-ACF-PI-2015-03 (PDF)

FORM ACF 4125 (XLS)

This Program Instruction transmits the renewed form ACF-202 and instructions for completing that form, which States must use to report caseload reduction information for fiscal year 2009 and thereafter.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to update the policy regarding the eligibility of Iraqi and Afghan aliens granted special immigrant status for Federal TANF and State MOE public benefits, as a result of legislation.

This Program Instruction requests October 2010 caseload data for the number of foster children supported with public funds and the number of children in families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) payments in excess of the poverty income level

To set forth revised standard procedures for resolving disagreements over state-submitted caseload and expenditure data used to establish the amount of a TFAG. This issuance supersedes and rescinds the original PI on this topic (see TANF-ACF-PI-2003-04 dated May 5, 2003). A new PI is necessary because of a reorganization of the Office of Family Assistance and the need to clarify certain aspects of the process.

The purpose of this Program Instruction is to request that states submit data necessary to calculate the work measures previously reported under the High Performance Bonus (HPB) and advise them of the submission timetable for FY 2014 data.  The previous PIs requesting this information and providing the relevant submission timetable are set forth in the reference section above.
