This memorandum transmits the FY 2010 work participation rates. All States were required to report work participation information for the months of October 2009 through September 2010.
The purpose of this Program Instruction is to request that states submit data necessary to calculate the work measures previously reported under the High Performance Bonus (HPB) and advise them of the submission timetable for FY 2013 data. The previous PIs requesting this information and providing the relevant submission timetable are set forth in the reference section above.

It also transmits form ACF-202, the form and instructions that states must use to report caseload reduction information in fiscal year 2000 and thereafter.
