The video shows how Montefiore works closely with employer partners and other stakeholders in the borough of the Bronx in order to start their participants on a career pathway and address the critical need for qualified home health aides who can provide competent, compassionate care.

The Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Development Consortium Inc.’s HPOG Buffalo program offers training for high-demand healthcare occupations to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients and low-income adults.

Our latest infographic features labor market information from the Occupational Employment Statistics program, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, and key findings from the Final Report:  National Implementation Evaluation of the First Round Health Profession Opportunity Grants.  It highlights how HPOG programs are meeting labor market needs and employer demands, as well as moving participants up a career pathway.
