Success: Blueprints was able to partner with Carlisle University to offer onsite classes at their Head Start facility for families with children enrolled in the program. Classes ran from October 2022 through February 2023. Individuals will receive 9 college credits upon completion and a $500 incentive for each course they complete. The first round of the cash stipend was distributed in December 2022. One parent who was originally enrolled in the onsite classes has already started working as a Head Start substitute teacher.
