Success: The University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh used ARP funds for major renovations to the Wilcox Head Start facility. The renovation includes two classrooms, office space, a parking lot, a playground, and a safe loading zone for child drop off and pick up. Wilcox Head Start has been operating for 25 years and is in a Boys and Girls Club center. The renovations are scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2023. The remainder of the cost will be covered by Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) funds, in-kind donations, and annual funding.
