Federal Emergency Repatriation Operations Plan
The Federal Emergency Repatriation Operations Plan details interagency efforts required to support the emergency repatriation of U.S. citizens and their dependents from a foreign country to the United States. This plan details the activities, processes, and structures required to execute effective operations across the emergency repatriation lifecycle, as well as the roles and responsibilities of interagency responders.
This plan is a core document in the emergency repatriation planning hierarchy, which includes the strategic, operational, and tactical documentation required to prepare for, respond to, and recover from an emergency repatriation incident. The Federal Emergency Repatriation Operations Plan builds on the National Emergency Repatriation Framework by incorporating coordinating structures, key activities, and processes into a cohesive plan to inform interagency coordination to execute an emergency repatriation response.
