RECS 2020The Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation in the Administration for Children and Families will convene the 20th Research and Evaluation Conference on Self-Sufficiency (RECS) from May 27-29, 2020, at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC.

The three-day conference is free and intended for a broad audience, including researchers, state and local administrators, practitioners, policymakers, and federal officials with an interest in cutting-edge research on family economic self-sufficiency and social welfare programs and policies.

RECS 2020 will offer attendees a valuable opportunity to hear the latest findings from evaluations of human services and employment programs and policies, discuss ways to incorporate findings into the design and implementation of programs, and identify future evaluation needs. The conference agenda will include plenary sessions, panel presentations, roundtable discussions, poster sessions, and social gatherings.
